We offer a Fitness Based Approach to Contemporary Pilates Reformer Classes. We use various props and equipment to keep the workouts interesting and motivating! We utilize TRX, BOSU, KettleBells, Dumbbells, Balls. Plus, with a circuit style format, every client can go at their own pace.
Each Group Session Includes Balance, Agility, Coordination and Strength Drills. All Clients get Individual Attention For Safety and Motivation! We use the original Stott Pilates Reformers/Towers.

At Pilates Bayside, Classes are conducted as Group Personal Training Sessions. Each client has their own equipment in each station. Clients learn the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac Repertoire of Exercises as Created by Joseph Pilates. Clients start with the Beginner Series and move on to the Intermediate and Advanced levels. The Pilates Method requires consistent training and practice in order to learn the movement patterns and intricacies of the various sets of exercises.
It is recommended to participate twice a week to see and feel changes in your body.

She co-owned Mid-Cape Athletic Club, a large indoor tennis and fitness facility in South Yarmouth, for 30 years. At MCAC, Victoria created a separate Pilates Reformer Studio and ran it for over 15 years before selling it to move to California. Victoria opened Pilates Bayside the summer of 2022 in Dennis. Victoria has experience in training many types of clients, from athletes to seniors. She holds many certifications including TRX, Barre, Indoor Rowing, BOSU, Spinning, Yoga, etc. Victoria provides personal attention to every client in all of her Group Pilates sessions. As an experienced personal trainer, each client will receive one-on-one attention. The Group Sessions at Pilates Bayside are not Group Fitness Classes. With only 8 clients per session, each client is given specific modifications for their unique needs. With extensive training and experience, many clients will improve function and strength after injuries and surgeries. Victoria is especially dedicated to helping older women stay strong and active through smart exercise. Balance and Agility Drills are always a part of every session at Pilates Bayside. A former "Cardio Queen" who taught high impact exercise classes for over 20 years, She can tell you from experience how important it is to Work Smarter. Not Harder! Victoria has gone through a knee replacement, several ortho surgeries and treatments so has empathy and personal experience in recovering from injuries. Victoria uses only science based data to choose her lesson plans for each session.

Privates or Beginner Classes are Mandatory to Learn Proper Set-Up & Safety Guidelines for the Equipment. We do not allow beginners to jump into regular classes until the instructor feels the student is ready.
Victoria also highly recommends privates for anyone recovering from an injury or surgery. It's a wonderful experience to take semi-privates with friends or family members! It's better together!
