We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please layer as the studio temperature fluctuates. We require gripper socks for your safety.
Mat Pilates is done on the floor using just your bodyweight, while equipment Pilates uses specialized machines and equipment to add resistance and support to your movements.
